BOARDING

Boarding with us gives you the ability to train and compete year-round at a facility that offers ample indoor and outdoor riding space, two heated indoor arenas during the colder months, and a variety of training spaces (our policy is to have a hunter course, jumper course, and dressage ring available at all times during the warmer months, and soon we will add access to our updated cross-country course, and trail network, to enable the complete training of horses and riders.

We are also the region’s leading mid-level show facility, so boarding with us reduces horse show expenses incurred from transportation, lodging, and stabling at away-shows. 

Our horse boarding amenities include spacious 10’ x 14’ stalls with Dutch doors and seven-day per week stall cleaning/bedding, multiple grain options and good quality hay. Each stall comes with its own built-in 3’ x 7’ locker located near the stall with additional space for trunks. The barn has indoor wash racks with hot water, laundry facilities on-site and grass pastures and all-weather turnout areas.

Chagrin Valley Farms’ riding areas are the same used during horse shows including two indoor arenas (80’ x 250’ and 100’ x 210) with high-quality SRS footing footing, an enclosed outdoor riding area (175’ x 300’) and an open outdoor ring (325’ x 400’). Spectators can enjoy the 4,000 square-foot heated club room observation area with restrooms and free Wi-Fi.

**Please note: CVF does not offer general boarding. All boarders are expected to be actively enrolled in a training program with either the CVF instructor team or one of the other in-house training programs (Fox Den Farm or Royal Pointe Show Stables), and to compete in at least a few CVF shows each year.**
